Dr. Limor Zer-Gutman is a senior lecturer at the Striks Faculty of Law, College of Management Academic Studies (COLMAN), and the founding head of the Weiner Center for Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility. She holds a PhD from Stanford Law School, an LL.M from UCLA, and an LL.B from Tel Aviv University. Since 2013, she has served as Chief Editor of HaMishpat Law Review.

A leading expert in legal ethics, Dr. Zer-Gutman has advised the UN’s E4J Integrity and Ethics University initiative and previously edited Professional Ethics, the Israel Bar Association’s journal (2002–2014). She has drafted multiple legislative proposals for the Bar, including reforms to advertising and engagement rules.

She also developed and curates a comprehensive database on lawyers’ professional ethics in Israel. Dr. Zer-Gutman has served on national public committees reviewing legal internships, bar examinations, and the structure of the Bar Association. As a consultant, she has authored Codes of Ethics for public institutions and legal organizations across Israel.
