Dr. Tetiana Borysivna Vilchyk is a Ukrainian legal scholar and professor at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, where she has led the Department of Advocacy and currently teaches in the Department of Civil Justice and Advocacy. She holds a Doctor of Legal Sciences degree and has been practicing law since 2000. Her work focuses on legal ethics, the role of the bar in the judiciary, and aligning Ukrainian advocacy laws with European standards. She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine.

Dr. Vilchyk is the author of several influential monographs and numerous academic articles. Her publications address prosecutorial oversight, the constitutional right to legal assistance, and the structure of the legal profession in Ukraine and the EU. Recognized for her contributions to legal education and reform, she was awarded the Yaroslav the Wise Award in 2011.
